Prototyping

A prototype is a decision instrument, not decoration. We pick the right fidelity for the right question: wireflows to align stakeholders, high fidelity for usability tests, or technical slices when the risk is integration or performance.

We help teams avoid freezing too early or wandering without criteria. We document test scenarios, coherent dummy data, and error states so users are not stuck on an unrealistic happy path.

Engineering integration: named components, edge-case annotations, and exports that respect an existing design system.

Execution methodology

  1. Prototype hypothesis

What we need to learn or align; audience (investor, customer, internal) and timeline.

  2. Fidelity and tool choice

Low for iteration speed; high for realistic tests or sales demos.

  3. Build and scenario data

Representative content, permissions, and account variations to avoid biased results.

  4. Test or review sessions

Moderated or unmoderated, with a script and session success metrics.

  5. Synthesis and next increment

Prioritized issues, what ships in MVP, what becomes further research.
